- - Memorizing Scripture / Decorar a Escritura

1. Memorizing scripture allows you to meditate on God’s word when you don’t have a Bible.

2. Memorizing scripture strengthens faith. Faith comes from hearing, and hearing from the Word of God. Romans 10:17

3. Memorizing scripture conforms our minds to God’s viewpoint (shapes how we think about the world).

4. Memorizing scripture makes God’s Word more readily accessible in overcoming temptation.

5. Memorizing scripture guards our minds to help detect error.

6. Memorizing scripture hits the devil in the face with force he can’t resist in his assaults against you and your family.

7. Memorizing scripture provides you with sweet counsel to give others in need.

8. Memorizing scripture provides the matrix for fellowship with Jesus. He talks to us through His word.

Inteligência e carácter

A inteligência nos dá admiradores, o caráter nos dá seguidores. A inteligência forma mestres, o caráter forma servos. A inteligência forma professores, o caráter forma cidadãos. A inteligência abre portas, o caráter as constrói.
